Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of retail experience required.
• Retail grocery experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Close shifts to run store operations and support late shift when needed.
• Provide supervision of employees and handle customer complaints in SD/ASD absence.
• Initiate corrective action and coordinate with late shift for day-to-day operations.
• Train Head Clerks/PICs for promotion to Third Person in Charge.
• Support hiring processes and onboarding of new hires.
