Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works primarily closing shifts to run total store operations in the absence of leadership.
• Fills in for ASD/Store Director on days off and during vacations.
• Oversees total store operations and handles customer complaints.
• Initiates corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinates with late shift operations for smooth store functioning.
• Trains Head Clerks and PICs for possible promotion.
• Assists with hiring needs and onboarding of new hires.
• Merchandising, pricing, stocking and displays management.
