Qualifications

• Education level required: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Four or more years of retail experience required.
• Retail grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations in the absence of leadership.
• Close shifts and manage late shift activities.
• Supervise employees and handle customer complaints.
• Coordinate hiring needs and onboarding.
• Support merchandising, pricing, stocking, and displays.
• Train Head Clerks and PICs for promotion.
