Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience
• Experience in store operations and leadership preferred
• Ability to supervise and develop team members

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities
• Help manage schedules and payroll
• Develop operational action plans to improve results
• Identify training opportunities for team growth
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper signage
• Maintain inventory procedures and cash handling policies
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Communicate store performance and milestones to leadership
