ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise day-to-day store activities and drive overall performance. You will manage schedules, develop operational action plans, and identify training opportunities to grow the team.

Starting wage is $26.50 per hour with a wage increase to $27.50 in Year 2; full-time role with an average of 38 hours per week and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities to ensure store performance.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Monitor operating results and communicate updates to leadership.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and manage payroll/controls.
