Job summary

The role is full-time with an average of 38 hours per week. Starting wage is $25.00 per hour, with a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in Year 2. You will help drive performance, store standards, and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct supervisor with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.

• Monitor local competition and adjust strategies to maintain competitive position.
• Assist in interviewing store personnel and onboarding.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of the direct supervisor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering to maximize sales.
• Merchandise products neatly and ensure signage accuracy.
• Support payroll and loss prevention efforts.
• Supervise daily team operations and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high customer service quality.
