Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail with progressive responsibility; leadership preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and budgets while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve employee performance.
• Model ALDI core values and foster teamwork.
• Monitor market competition and adjust as needed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and onboarding.
