ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure strong store performance. You will help develop action plans, manage schedules, and train team members to uphold ALDI standards.

This full-time role offers starting wage of $26.50 per hour, with a wage increase to $27.50 in year two, and a benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, vacation, holidays, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities to improve performance.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team and ensure high levels of customer service.
