Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and Associates.
• Represent the Ross brand and uphold the dress code and store presentation.
• Ensure merchandising, cleanliness, and stockroom organization meet company standards.
• Perform front-end supervision duties and train associates on cash handling and processes.
• Assist with administrative duties and store operations as assigned by the Store Manager.
