Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and staff as assigned.
• Open/close the store and supervise during Manager on Duty shifts.
• Ensure customer service excellence and safety on the sales floor.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Assist in front-end processes and payroll activities as needed.
