Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate to ensure top-notch customer service and smooth daily operations in a busy retail environment. You will train crew, supervise associates, and manage opening/closing duties while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming store culture.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff.
