Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly role where you will lead by example, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will oversee daily store activities, assist with stock, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to maintain smooth operations.

The position emphasizes customer service, leadership, and the ability to manage store procedures while supporting the leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store operations and staff performance; ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new items; places merch on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; handles cash, security, and store opening/closing.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
