Job summary

Five Below is seeking a energetic store crew supervisor to wow customers, train the crew, and oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure a smooth, friendly checkout experience.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests and trains crew on customer service excellence.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash security, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising and loss prevention.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
