Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact at the register and on the floor.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing processes: secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, prep for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing stockroom, and restroom upkeep.
