Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, creative thinking, and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily setup for smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery tasks.
• Performs store maintenance and keeps stock room orderly.
