• Provides product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicates weekly information and major milestones.
• Ensures adherence to inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Resolves store issues in the absence of the direct leader.
• Identifies hazards and maintains store equipment in proper working order.
• Maintains store cleanliness and signage at all times.
• Maintains stock levels through ordering and merchandising.
• Ensures product quality and accurate signage.
• Executes payroll and budgetary tasks with the direct leader and supports loss prevention efforts.
