Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older for ALDI role.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model core values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed to minimize losses.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels and ordering products when needed.
• Support payroll and loss budget targets and training new employees.
