Job summary

Starting wage is $26.00 per hour, with a wage increase to $27.00 per hour in Year 2, based on performance and company policy. Average hours are 38 per week. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail environment with progressive responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong customer service focus.
• Must meet state requirements for handling alcohol where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans and training opportunities for the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage and product presentation to maximize sales.
• Assist in payroll, budget targets and loss prevention compliance.
• Hire and onboard store personnel and provide performance feedback.
