Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowers customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and overall store performance.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, doors, and alarms for smooth daily operations.
