Five Below in Euless, TX is seeking an energetic store leader to oversee daily operations, staff development, and customer service excellence. You will act as Manager on Duty, open/close procedures, and partner with the leadership team to drive sales.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on excellent service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready for sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
