Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing a fast, friendly checkout experience and trains crew on the BEST customer service.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep the sales floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance.
