Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated store leader in Round Rock, TX to supervise crew, train staff on the BEST customer experience, and drive daily sales. You will manage operations, support onboarding, and ensure merchandise is stocked and presented effectively.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
