Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively with excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as trash, cleaning bathrooms, and stock room upkeep.
