Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to ensure exceptional customer service, train crew, and oversee daily store operations in Humble, TX. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and staff performance while maintaining safety and efficiency on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires flexibility to work day/evening/weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and train crew on the BEST customer service experience, ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
