Job summary

Five Below in Sioux Falls seeks a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and guest service excellence. You will train associates and coordinate merchandising to boost sales.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
