Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service and trains staff.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
