Job summary

Five Below is seeking an engaged retail leader to supervise crew, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service on the sales floor and at checkout.

As Manager on Duty or in a supporting role, you will oversee daily operations, assist with onboarding and training, and help optimize merchandising and store performance. This hourly position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew deliver WOW customer service at checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, alarms, and store readiness.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintains stockroom and store upkeep.
