Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly crew leader to help deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience while overseeing daily store operations. You will train and guide associates, manage opening/closing procedures, and contribute to sales growth through merchandising and excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through fast, friendly checkout experiences and personal attention.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to ensure top customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
