Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional in Lima, OH to supervise daily operations, train associates, and ensure a WOW customer experience. The role requires managing stock, opening/closing procedures, and driving sales while controlling costs.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to place items quickly on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
