Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership associate responsible for delivering WOW customer experiences, training staff on service standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will help open/close the store, manage cash, and maintain organized stock floors.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication to drive sales. The position requires a high school diploma (college experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management exposure, with the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duty performance and customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
