Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to WOW customers, train crew, oversee daily store operations, and drive sales. You will act as Manager on Duty, open/close the store, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service.
• Trains crew on BE S.T customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staffing.
