Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred for growth potential.
• Minimum of 1 year in a management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and displays new stock efficiently.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staffing.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash and alarms.
• Onboards and trains associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs maintenance like cleaning and stockroom upkeep.
