Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for efficient placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including cash handling, securing doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and signage aligned with corporate guidelines, ensuring Inventory Integrity.
