Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance for quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required, overseeing operations and staff.
