Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic hourly team member to support store operations in Pennsylvania. You will help create a welcoming, fast, and fun shopping experience for customers while assisting in daily tasks and stock management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to a flexible schedule, and commitment to high-quality guest service. Training and onboarding support are provided as part of the development path.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Creative thinking with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and service.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Open/close the store; secure cash and alarms.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking and merchandising.
• Train associates and support onboarding.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and facilities; support store maintenance.
