Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and training, while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring crew delivers WOW experience.
• Train crew on customer service and check-out experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
