Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee store operations in Rhode Island. The role supports onboarding, schedules, merchandising, and providing a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining high customer service standards.

The individual will act as Manager on Duty as needed, train associates, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering friendly, fast checkout experiences.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and quality service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and maintains a smooth operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and helps manage expenses through merchandising and service.
