Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and store policies.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staffing.
• Open/close the store when required, secure cash and alarms for smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and help control expenses through merchandising and teamwork.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and floor recovery initiatives.
• Perform store maintenance and keep the facility clean and orderly.
