Job summary

Five Below Inc. in Dallas is seeking a store supervisor to lead crew members and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, train staff, and support open/close procedures while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

You'll manage stock, assist with receiving, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and control expenses. A minimum 1 year of management experience and strong communication are required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact.
• Train crew on customer service and checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Open/close store tasks: cash, doors, alarms, operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
