Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides coaching.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plans and ensures signage/promotions are up to date.
• Ensures compliance with Inventory Integrity processes.
