Job summary

Five Below in Stafford, TX is seeking a capable crew leader to oversee daily store operations and ensure outstanding customer service. You will train team members, manage stock, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed, maintaining smooth opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are done well and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
