Five Below in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of associates.

You will oversee receiving, merchandising, opening and closing the store, cash handling, and customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.

This hourly role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays, signage, and promotions per guidelines.
• Oversees opening/closing of store including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising staff and addressing urgent issues.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, training, and customer service.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
