Job summary

Five Below in Annapolis is seeking an energetic team member for an hourly Crew role. You will welcome customers, assist with merchandising, stock rooms, and keep the store running smoothly during shifts. You may act as Manager on Duty and help supervise other associates.

You will support onboarding, train new staff, open/close the store, handle cash, and ensure excellent service. The position requires flexibility, 18+ years old, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to place items on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and maintains daily readiness.
