Job summary

Five Below is seeking team-oriented individuals to deliver a high-energy shopping experience. As a crew member, you will help customers, operate the register, and support daily store operations with a positive attitude.

You will participate in training, assist with stocking, and contribute to a welcoming environment while adhering to policies. This hourly role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn store policies and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout experiences for customers.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Support store operations as needed and help train team members.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and store security tasks.
