Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store manager in the United States to wow customers, lead a team, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and ensure fast, friendly service at the register.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and emergencies.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, and alarm checks.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
