Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enhance in-store customer experience by modeling leadership and coaching associates.
• Maintain store standards and complete open/close tasks including cleaning and upkeep.
• Leverage inventory reports to improve sales and merchandise presentation on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in loss prevention measures.
• Support store manager with scheduling, payroll and associate relations as needed.
