Job summary

Five Below in Temple, PA is seeking an energetic hourly store management professional to join our team. You will lead crew members, train staff, and serve as Manager on Duty to ensure fast, friendly checkout and smooth operations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, multi-tasking ability, and composure under pressure.

College experience preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and maintain security procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
