Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations in our Philadelphia location. You will train crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and uphold the WOW customer experience while managing staff and store responsibilities.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, high school diploma, and strong communication. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is essential, with emphasis on merchandising and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves updated.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, securing cash and ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
