Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to WOW the Customer and guide daily operations across the sales floor. You will train crew, oversee onboarding, and act as Manager on Duty, ensuring cash handling, alarms, and open/close procedures are secure while delivering friendly service.

The role emphasizes sales growth, expenses control, merchandising collaboration, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent required.
College experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Creative thinking.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties well.
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor placement.
Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
Manages opening/closing procedures, cash, alarms, and daily readiness.
Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
