Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on an hourly basis in the United States. You will wow customers through warm, fast checkout, oversee daily store activities, and assist with stock receiving and merchandising. You may act as Manager on Duty, handle opening/closing, cash, alarms, and ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities; ensure staff perform duties effectively and deliver service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; oversee store operations and staff.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store procedures.
